Watauga County kindergarten classes are invited to don their PJ’s and enjoy the holiday favorite film The Polar Express (2004).
Set on Christmas Eve in the 1950s, it tells the story of a young boy who sees a mysterious train bound for the North Pole stop outside his window and is invited aboard by its conductor. On his journey he learns about friendship, bravery, and the spirit of Christmas.
There is no charge for students and their chaperones to attend the film. A movie snack pack add-on is $2 per student.
