A lynchpin in the High Country music scene, Lauren Hayworth is one of many musicians who felt the magnetic draw to Boone. After attending Appalachian State, the Florida native never left these mountains. Hayworth has earned a reputation as a talented and creative journeywoman with years of experience in performance, music education, and yoga. Hayworth performs in several popular local bands including Belleville Rendezvous and the Belle Peppers. There’s a good chance you’ve caught her with one of her groups in the area at regular gigs at places like The Beacon or in a concert series at Valle Crucis Park and the Jones House. And, if so, you already know to expect some jazzy arrangements and outstanding improvisations as well as her original tunes.”

Joining Lauren for this performance will be: Liz Lanham, Andy Page, and Brandon Holder

Opening the show are Lauren and her students Lyla Maylum, Evie Donovan, Jovie Cornell, Maren Jackson, and Marina Wilson.
